Training as a priority

In order to meet the needs of the Group and the sectors we work in, we have designed our own training courses which allow us to protect the various skills within BAUD Industries whilst also offering new opportunities to the next generation.

Training takes place at various sites in the group, in dedicated areas which are tailored to the learning needs of the trainees.
Our experienced in-house trainers provide technical education and, essentially, familiarise new staff members with the values and the strategy of BAUD Industries.

Trainees can learn on modern facilities in real-life conditions as close as possible to the genuine production environment.

Cooperation with schools, colleges and universities.

BAUD Industries is involved in the professional integration of young people at all of our locations. The company recruits a large number of young people, both with and without qualifications, onto part-time training programs and many remain with us after their training has finished.

As a partner of various general and specialized education institutions for many years, the company initiated the creation of the technical qualification CAP in bar turning and the part-time Technical Diploma at Champagnole.

Continued support for young people

BAUD Industries is one of the founding members of SMILE (Salon des Métiers Industriels et de l’Entreprise en Haute-Savoie), the exhibition of Industrial trades and businesses in Haute-Savoie. The exhibition is an opportunity for college and high school students to meet professionals in the machining and bar turning industry and every year brings together more than 2000 students in the Arve Valley.

For the past 3 years, BAUD Industries has been running such events in the Jura region of France during “Industry Week”.

Internship opportunities available

Every year, BAUD Industries welcomes on average around forty trainees of all levels, from high school to engineering students. Internships can also accommodate people wishing to change career.
