Every manufactured part is inspected in accordance with an inspection sheet that includes customer’s specifications
(dimensional, visual and functional) :
- Networked SPC
- Defects Pareto analysis and improvement system
- Process capability studies (Ppk, Cp and Cpk)
- R&R and CMC for inspection equipment
- PPM commitment using 100% inspection methods or Poka Yoke process
