The top management names a project manager who is in charge of the project, from input data identification
to product / production approval.
- Whole project reviews : every week
- Design reviews : during co-designing process in partnership with the customer
- Feasibility review : the project manager assesses the feasibility , considering deadlines, prices,
practices and project status.
- Product / process validation : PPM results, start of production, takt time, tooling costs,
PPAP and mass production deadlines. The analysis of this statement is useful to avoid repeating the same issues during the following projects. They are saved in a development files.
