Raw material cost
BAUD Industries is the largest Inserts' producer in the world.
Consequently we buy more than 1000 tons of brass per year. Thanks to our centralized procurement department, we can continuously buy and negotiate raw material at the best cost.
Raw material is delivered in Consignment Stock located in our 2000mē store. We can commit on the best raw material price all year long.
The material is delivered on spools of 1 ton, so we can produce with a minimum machine stops.
So the productivity of our processes is improved.
